Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Peptides x402 surfaces and the MCP door at mcp.a2a-peptides.ai, operated by GreenCore Solutions Corp. (GSC). By connecting an agent or reading these pages you accept them.

1. What the service is. An information and transaction surface for authorized trading partners in the peptide trade. It returns records, regulatory status, licensed-supply information and order intents, each stamped with its source, jurisdiction and rule-set version.

2. Who may use it. Anyone may read status and class-level information. Product-level information, pricing, availability and ordering are available only to parties holding the licence or credential the rule set requires, and to their authorized agents. Presenting a credential you do not hold is a breach of these terms.

3. No advice, no offer. Nothing on the service is medical, legal or regulatory advice, and nothing is an offer to sell to the public. Every answer carries the notice of record; read it.

4. Accuracy. The record is read from public registers and product pages and is dated. GSC keeps it current on a published cadence but does not warrant that any answer is complete or current at the moment you read it. Verify with the regulator in your jurisdiction before you act.

5. Payments. Metered answers and orders settle over x402. A settlement is final when the receipt is issued; the receipt names what was bought, where, and under which rule. Disputes are handled through the contact form.

6. Acceptable use. No scraping beyond the published machine kit; no attempts to obtain product-level information without the qualifying credential; no use of the service to market, advertise or supply products to persons the rule set excludes.

7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, GSC is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the record, from a regulatory change not yet reflected in it, or from a transaction between third parties. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes. GSC may change these terms; the surface version and date in the footer say which terms apply. Governing law: British Columbia, Canada.
